Each session includes a grounding meditation practice that helps you absorb the benefits of your movement and reflection. Whether you're letting go of what no longer serves you or anchoring into your intention, this part of the workout cultivates clarity, calm, and a refreshed state of being.

Our licensed clinicians lead guided mental wellness discussions that promote emotional resilience and mindset shifts. You’ll reflect, journal, and reframe challenges—all in a supportive environment where sharing is encouraged but never required.
